Sourcing Pure A2 Milk
We begin with fresh A2 milk from indigenous Gir cows and Desi cows raised with love in natural pastures. Only the purest milk makes it to our process.
Boiling & Cooling
The milk is gently boiled and then cooled to the perfect temperature, preserving its natural nutrients and enzymes essential for health.
Adding Desi Culture
Traditional desi culture is added to the cooled milk, initiating natural fermentation that creates rich, probiotic-filled curd overnight.
Hand-Churning with Bilona
Using a traditional wooden Bilona, the curd is hand-churned in a rhythmic motion, separating butter from buttermilk the ancient way.
Collecting Fresh Makkhan
The freshly churned makkhan floats to the top and is carefully collected, retaining all its natural goodness and aroma.
Slow Heating in Earthen Pot
The makkhan is slowly heated in traditional earthen pots over a wood fire, allowing the ghee to develop its signature golden color and nutty aroma.
